I would like to thank the lovely day who on Monday about 12.30pm in the T2 Woden shop recommended to me, as it was 1st time in a T2 shop, she recommended the quiet mind blend. Wow! Not only does it taste delicious but i feel very calm and relaxed. Going to drink some before bed time. Thank you lovely lady.

A great range of very high quality teas from all over the world. Detailed instructions on how to brew each one. Competitive prices. In store they will brew you a sample of any tea in the shop. Sample jugs of hot and iced tea are always presented for the tasting. A worthy tea experience.

Just when I thought that good service was a thing of the past I was pleasantly surprised. I came into T2 in Woden last week to get a gift from a friend and was helped by Shannon. Shannon was not only helpful, personable and friendly, she was also knowledgeable about all the products in store. When I told her it was a gift for a friend she also wrapped it up in beautiful paper for me. I’m such a terrible gift wrapper so this was amazing to me. Thank you Shannon, you kinda made my day as it was such a lovely interaction.

Freya packed a tea cup and saucer with aplomb today. Friendly, knowledgeable and quick, Freya and team are a credit to their shop (older review) Matilda made me feel special today. Remembering past purchases in an easy and respectful manner she took my order, applied my loyalty discount and had me on my way in no time. Efficient, Friendly. Knowledgeable. A cinque étoile experience.

I've been here quite a few times in the last couple of months and every time the staff have been fantastic! They are always polite, super helpful and generally pleasant to be around. The store itself is well organised and clean and the prices are pretty reasonable as well.

Okay, can I just say - Alicia, the store manager, has just saved my friendship. I accidentally dropped a friend’s T2 cup lid while making a tea. Her son had bought it for Mother’s Day. I felt horrible. I called up this store to ask if they had the design and if they had spare lids. Alicia found one by the time I got there, I was fully prepared to buy a new cup. She found the EXACT same spare lid for me. I got some herbal teas she recommended and can’t wait to come back :).
